# How frequently does TrackingMore System update my Shipment Info?

In general, Trackingmore system will auto track your packages every 4-6 hours.

1. For _Express_, our system will update every imported shipment every **4-6** hours. 
2. For _Post_, our system will update every imported shipment every **6-8** hours.
3. For _AWB_, there is **no update time** as it is tracked through the track inteface. You can go to this link: https://www.trackingmore.com/aircargo/ to track your air cargo.
