# Manage Your TrackingMore Payment Methods

### On the Free/Free Trial/Legacy plan, you can add a payment method to subscribe to a paid plan.

💳 **Add Payment Method**
1. Login to [TrackingMore Payment & Invoice](https://admin.trackingmore.com/account/payment-invoice)
2. Click "add payment method"

3. Enter the card details and click "save"

Note: 
|| 1. After the payment method added successfully, you'll be charged $1 for the payment verification & it will be refunded to your card after you are successfully charged. 
|| 2. After the payment method added successfully, your card info will dispay there below the payment method zone.

### On the paid subscription plan, you can access your invoice and change the existing payment method. Updating the payment method will not affect current shipments.

💳 **Update Payment Method**
1. Login to [TrackingMore Payment & Invoice](https://admin.trackingmore.com/account/payment-invoice)
2. Click "change payment method"

3. Enter the card details and click "save"

|| Note: 
|| 1. After the payment method changed successfully, you'll be charged $1 for the payment verification & it will be refunded to your card after you are successfully charged.

🧾 **Invoice Management**
1. **View all Paid Invoices**
You can easily check the total number of issued invoices directly from the billing settings of the organization. It prevents payment-related quarrels and fosters a long-lasting relationship 😄
Login to [TrackingMore Payment & Invoice](https://admin.trackingmore.com/account/payment-invoice)
Click "View all"

2. **Download Invoices**
You can even download invoices in PDF format if it’s required. It allows you to maintain your personal record of expenses 💪

3. **Edit Invoice Info**
You can edit your company name, email, address & tax id in your invoice. 
Login to [TrackingMore Payment & Invoice](https://admin.trackingmore.com/account/payment-invoice)--->Click "edit invoice"--->Edit company name, email, address, tax id—>Click “save”

||| Note: 
||| 1. The invoice info edited can only take effect in the Future paid invoice instead of the Previously Paid/Currently Paid Invoice. 
||| 2. For tax id to be changed, it’s a must to choose tax id type 1st from the dropdown, then put the right tax id so that it will work.
