# Remove/Delete your TrackingMore account

TrackingMore account can be deleted directly by yourself. 

1. **If you are a free plan, you can delete your account directly by the following steps:**
Go to [settings](https://admin.trackingmore.com/settings)--->click “security"-->click “delete” --->fill in password & confirm—>choose at least one reason & fill in details—>click "continue" to make it done

2. **If you have a subscription/paid plan, you need to cancel your subscription first before deleting your TrackingMore account.**
* Cancel Subscription (Please refer to [this doc](https://support.trackingmore.com/en/article/unsubscribe-plancancel-subscription-cx0t3x/))
* Delete your TrackingMore account by the steps of free plan: Go to [settings](https://admin.trackingmore.com/settings)--->click “security"-->click “delete” --->fill in password & confirm—>choose at least one reason & fill in details—>click "continue" to make it done

||| Note: 
||| 1.  You'll have to wait till the end of your current billing date after the subscription cancellation booked, then you can delete your TrackingMore account. 
||| 2. Tracking data in your account will be permanently deleted.
