# Set the Sync time of Google Sheet

In general, the default auto sync time of Goolge Sheet is **00:00 (GMT+0)**, and users can customize their own sync time (GMT+0) at ${color}[#f80d0d](**max 3**) per Goolge Sheet. 

###### How to set your own sync time

2. Go to [Apps](https://admin.trackingmore.com/apps/all) > view connection
