# What if there is Missing Data in Tracking Info?



The tracking info in TrackingMore Shipments Page is **not full** as that in the courier official web, in this case, you can contact TrackingMore customer service support at support@trackingmore.com or on the live chat. Then we'll escalate it to our IT Department for a resolution. Usually it will take **1~2 business days** to get it resolved.
