# Why TrackingMore Tracking Plugin on WooCommerce shows empty?

When you come across an issue as shown below that TrackingMore Tracking Plugin on WooCommerce shows empty even though you have connected WooCommerce with TrackingMore successfully, please ${color}[#ed6307](**add Tracking Number **)in the following steps: 

1. Empty Issue

2. Add Tracking Number 
* Login in WordPress 
* Go to WooCommerce plugin > orders 
* Click a specific order to enter its order details page 
* Find TrackingMore plugin & ${color}[#c85c41](**add Tracking Number**)
* Fill in tracking number, carrier or update the carrier list if the carrier is not activated before
* Add 
* After that, the carrier & tracking number will show in "TrackingMore Tracking" there
