Unsubscribe Plan/Cancel Subscription

When you are under a paid plan, you want to cancel your subscription. Please follow the following steps:


  1. Log in your TrackingMore account


  1. Go to Settings >>> Payment & Invoice
    Settings--->Payment & Invoice
  2. Click "Cancel subscription"
    Cancel Subscription
  3. Choose at least one reason & fill in details
    Fill in un-subscription reasons


Note:
  • After your subscription cancellation booked, it will take effect after the end of the current billing cycle. (Each billing cycle is of 30 days.)
  • After your subscription cancellation booked, you can always Resume to your original plan If you change your mind.
