Unsubscribe Plan/Cancel Subscription

When you are under a paid plan, you want to cancel your subscription. Please follow the following steps:


  1. Log in your TrackingMore account


  1. Go to Settings >>> Payment & Invoice

Settings--->Payment & Invoice

  1. Click "Cancel subscription"

  1. Choose at least one reason & fill in details

Fill in un-subscription reasons


Note:1. After your subscription cancellation booked, it will take effect after the end of the current billing cycle. (Each billing cycle is of 30 days.)2. After your subscription cancellation booked, you can always Resume to your original plan If you change your mind.
