How to Calculate the Quota (Bill)?

For subscription plan, TrackingMore counts shipment when you add a new tracking number to your TrackingMore account. That is, 1 shipment=1 quota


Below are compositions of consumed Quotas, so the Total Quota will be "Shipment Tracking + Air Waybill Tracking + Remote Area + Detect API V2/V3/V4 + Remote Area API"

  • You can check & export how many shipment tracking in "Settings"---> Quota Usage (**The upper limit is 365 days. **)
  • For Quota Usage over 365days, kindly please contact us at support@trackingmore.com or on the live chat.

  • You can check the Cost of remote area, detect API V2, V3 in "Developer"--->"Analysis"--->Scroll down to the bottom "API Cost" (**The time range of API cost is 3days, 7days, 30days. **)

    Note:The quota is only calculated when a tracking number is created successfully.Each quota is associated with one tracking number. It will not be calculated if you track the same number (same courier) for multiple times.In some cases, the tracking numbers were once deleted by you or by the system due to the expiration rule. If you want to re-add them to keep tracking again, the quota will be deducted.
