TrackingMore Billing Explained: Credits and SMS Fees
TrackingMore employs a dual pricing structure, which includes charges related to subscription plans and SMS notifications. Here's a detailed explanation of how each type of charge works:
Subscription-Based Charges (Credits)
TrackingMore offers flexible subscription plans that vary based on the number of shipments you could track each month. Each plan includes a certain number of credits, and credits will be consumed for the use of the following services:
If you exceed the plan limit in a billing cycle, the surcharge will be deducted on the upcoming billing date, along with the next cycle's subscription fee.
Courier Tracking
One credit will be deducted for each unique combination of tracking number and courier code successfully created in TrackingMore's system. Once this is done, TrackingMore will automatically start retrieving tracking updates from the designated courier at no additional cost. Regardless of how you choose to access tracking information—whether via API, Webhook, CSV, or other methods—no further credits will be deducted, no matter how many times you retrieve updates. In addition, features such as the tracking page, email notifications, and analytics are provided free of charge.
Warm reminders:
If you associate the same tracking number with a different courier when creating a shipment, it will be treated as a completely new shipment. In this case, an additional credit will be deducted.
Since TrackingMore does not retain shipment-related data once deleted, if you recreate a shipment after deleting it, a new credit will be deducted.
Translation (coming soon)
For courier tracking, TrackingMore offers the option to translate tracking details into different languages, provided you enable the translation feature when creating shipments via the API. If you activate the translation of tracking_detail while importing a shipment and specify a supported language, 2 credits will be deducted—one for tracking and one for translation.
Specifically, one credit will be consumed for translating the tracking_detail in origin_info.trackinfo and destination_info.trackinfo of a shipment. However, translating the location, state, and city within origin_info.trackinfo and destination_info.trackinfo is free of charge.
If you enable the translation of tracking_detail but specify a language that is not supported by TrackingMore, no credits will be deducted. Additionally, if you change the target language after it has already been specified, no extra credits will be charged for the switch.
（3）Air Cargo Tracking
Air cargo tracking is available to users on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
For each successfully imported master air waybill (MAWB) number, 50 credits will be deducted from your account.
Please note that if you delete and re-create the same MAWB in our system, the same number of credits will be deducted again.
SMS Notification Fees
In addition to subscription-based charges, TrackingMore charges separately for SMS notifications. While email notifications are typically included in the subscription plans, SMS notifications incur an additional cost and vary depending on the recipient's country:
