Remove/Delete your TrackingMore account

TrackingMore account can be deleted directly by yourself.

If you are a free plan, you can delete your account directly by the following steps:

Go to settings--->click “security"-->click “delete” --->fill in password & confirm—>choose at least one reason & fill in details—>click "continue" to make it done

If you have a subscription/paid plan, you need to cancel your subscription first before deleting your TrackingMore account.

Cancel Subscription (Please refer to this doc)
Delete your TrackingMore account by the steps of free plan: Go to settings--->click “security"-->click “delete” --->fill in password & confirm—>choose at least one reason & fill in details—>click "continue" to make it done

Note:1. You'll have to wait till the end of your current billing date after the subscription cancellation booked, then you can delete your TrackingMore account.2. Tracking data in your account will be permanently deleted.
