Why didn't I receive Webhook Notification?
Reasons of no Webhook notifications
In the case you didn't receive webhook notifications, there are reasons below:
- Webhook notifications of statuses NOT setup
- Webhook setup After the new tracking info or new status updated by TrackingMore system
- Tracking numbers NOT existing on TrackingMore shipments page
Solutions of no Webhook notifications
- When Webhook notifications of statuses NOT setup before, please go to TrackingMore Webhooks to enable all statuses or specific statuses.
- Go to TrackingMore Developer > Webhooks
- Add Webhook URL & description (4 Webhook URLs max).
- Select statuses to start receiving updates (all statuses including info received, in transit, out for delivery, failed attempt, delivered, exception, expired, notfound or specific statuses from all statuses)
- When Webhook setup After the new tracking info or new status updated by TrackingMore system, please Push Webhook manually in TrackingMore shipments page.
- When Tracking numbers NOT existing on TrackingMore shipments page, please import tracking numbers first, then go to set Webhook statuses in the situation 1.
