How to Export Shipment Reports in Custom Format & Default Format

TrackingMore allows merchants to easily customize their shipment reports the way they want. You can add or remove the fields as per your needs using the Custom format.

How to use the custom CSV export format


  1. Log in to your TrackingMore admin account
  2. Navigate to Shipments and click Export
  3. Choose the default format or choose the columns you want as the custom format
  4. Click Export when you’re done or Revert to default & then export, or Cancel

FAQs

1) Is there any limit per export?
You can export up to 5,00,000 shipments in one go. You will get an error message in case you exceed this limit.


2) Where can I get the export file?
You can get the export file directly for shipments <=500, while you will go to settings > export history to download the export link for shipments over 500.


3) How long will the export link last?
It will last only for 5 days.


4) How many cycles of data can I export at most?
Within 180 days


Note:
  • Please don’t change to another page or refresh the page during the export process, otherwise the export will stop.
  • The export operation cannot be operated continuously within one minute.
  • CSV file will be sent to the registered email address with email subject: Your data export is ready.
