How to Import Multiple Shipments to TrackingMore by CSV

Upload a CSV file to import shipments automatically to your TrackingMore account. Download a full version CSV template. In one CSV file, 10,000 tracking numbers can be imported.

Input valid Tracking Numbers in Column tracking_number & the correct Carrier Code in Column courier_code to add multiple shipments successfully or enter valid Tracking Numbers only to get an auto-detect carrier result
Click Upload & Click CSV Import to add shipments successfully

1. Tracking Number is Required;
| 2. Courier_code is not required but it's better to fill in it as it will be more accurate because only by filling a Tracking Number to detect a carrier will have a 97% accuracyrating instead of 100%;
| 3. Other parameters like ”order_number, origin_country_iso2, destination_country_iso2, customer_name, customer_email, title..., note“ are Optional;
| 4. The order number will be defaulted as tracking number if you don't fill in order number in column order_number, while if you want to distinguish Tracking Number from Order Number, you have to fill in Column order_number.

Each import only supports up to 10,000 shipments at 5MB max limit and you'll need to import by multiple times if you have more than 10,000 shipments to import once.

Required Parameter

tracking_number	String	Tracking number of a package

courier_code	String	Unique code of courier, if you don't fill in a courier_code, we will auto detect the courier for you.	courier_code
order_number	String	A number identifying the order for use by shop owner and custoemr. Default value as tracking_number	Up to 100 alphanumeric characters
origin_country_iso2	String	Enter ISO Alpha-2 (two letters) to specify the origin of the shipment (e.g. US for United States).	2 characters (Country/Region ISO Alpha-2)
destination_country_iso2	String	Enter ISO Alpha-2 (two letters) to specify the destination of the shipment (e.g. US for United States). If you use postal service to send international shipments, TrackingMore will automatically get tracking results at destination results as well.	2 characters (Country/Region ISO Alpha-2)
customer_name	String	Customer name	Up to 64 alphanumeric characters
customer_email	String	Customer email	Valid email address
customer_sms	String	Customer phone number to receive sms notifications. Phone number should begin with (country code) or country code and - before phone number.	Format: (country code) or country code and - before phone number. Example: (86)123456789101 86-12345678901
title	String	Name of the package.	Up to 512 alphanumeric characters
logistics_channel	String	Customzied text field for more specific info about the delivery service.	Up to 100 alphanumeric characters
order_id	String	A globally-unique identifier for the order.	Up to 100 alphanumeric characters
order_date	String	Order date in YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ssZ format.	Example：2021-07-26T11:23:51Z
tracking_courier_account	String	Account number of the shipper for a specific courier. Required by some couriers.	Up to 50 alphanumeric characters
tracking_origin_country	String	Origin Country/Region of the shipment for a specific courier. Required by some couriers.	2 characters country code in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format
tracking_destination_country	String	Destination Country/Region of the shipment for a specific courier. Required by some couriers.	2 characters country code in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format
tracking_key	String	Key of the shipment for a specific courier. Required by some couriers.	Up to 50 alphanumeric characters
