How to filter your shipments or orders & save it on TrackingMore Shopify App?

TrackingMore updated a new version of shipments/orders filter interface on TrackingMore Orders page on May 30th, which is more user-friendly, simpler, more attractive, and easier to use.

1. For Shipments section:



1) Filter columns to be displayed


(columns: tracking number, order, carrier, status, latest event, created date, ordered date, transit time, shipped date, customer name, customer email, origin, destination, note)

Go to TrackingMore App>Orders page>shipments
Orders--->shipments
Drag the bottom scroll bar, and a setting button will appear at the far right of the corresponding tracking number row--->Click on it and select the filtering condition you want: order, carrier, status, latest event, created date, ordered date, transit time, shipped date, customer name, customer email, origin, destination, note.
Save
(note: The tracking number is displayed by default and cannot be set to hide)
drag the scroll bar--->filter more

You can adjust the order of the filtering conditions to be displayed on the shipments section by dragging the six dot buttons.
(note: The tracking number is placed in the first column by default and cannot be adjusted)


2) Filter & save


a. Single search, filter & save

Go to TrackingMore App>Orders page>shipments
Orders--->shipments
Click "save & filter" icon--->search one tracking number or order number or email on the search box
click "save & filter" icon

Name & save the single filter: click Save as & Name it(up to 40 digits)--->Save
Name & save the filter
Then you can view it at the top line, rename it (rename view), create a copy (duplicate view) & delete it (delete view)
View, rename, copy & delete the filter
If the new created views are more than 3, the others will show in "more views", & you can click it to see all views, rename it, duplicate it & delete it.


b. Other filters & save

Filter by shipment status (no need to name & save the filter)

More filters (create date, order date, status, carrier, origin, destination, last update date, transit time, notes)
Click "search & filter" icon--->click "add filter--->select one or more filter conditions from the above 9 conditions one by one


Name & save it: click "save as"---> name the filter condition---> save
Then you can view it at the top line, rename it (rename view), create a copy (duplicate view) & delete it (delete view)
If the new created views are more than 3, the others will show in "more views", & you can click it to see all views, rename it, duplicate it & delete it.


e.g. filter by create date: last 90 days, order date: last 90 days: filter one condtion first, then click add filter icon "+" to add another filter condition





2. For Orders section:



1) Single search & filter


Go to TrackingMore App>Orders page>shipments>switch to "orders" page

Single search & filter
Click "search & filter" icon--->search by order nnumber or customer's email


Save


2) Filters by order date or status or both


Go to TrackingMore App>Orders page>shipments>switch to "orders" page

Filter by order date, status or both
Click "search & filter" icon--->click add filter icon "+"--->


Save
