How to Manually Update the Shipment Status?
Overview
TrackingMore Tracking’s Shipment module allows merchants to manually update the status of individual and bulk shipments to Delivered, Returned to sender. Subsequently, the merchants can also update the delivery date and time of the shipment(s) they mark as delivered to include the data in deriving accurate analytics.
This shipment is particularly useful for merchants when the carriers do not provide or update the package checkpoint once it reaches the destination. In those scenarios, merchants can manually update the status of the shipments to delivered or, in some cases, returned to the original sender or lost to communicate the right information to the customer and take appropriate action to resolve the missing package issue.

Go to TrackingMore Shipments page
Select and click on a tracking number. A side panel with all the tracking updates, shipping information, order, and customer details associated with a tracking number will open.
Click Update status. You will see 2 options
a. Mark as delivered (excluding actual delivered shipments)
b. Mark as returned to sender (excluding exception shipments)
Select the desired option and Click Confirm
Additional considerations
Manually updating the shipment status is permanent and can’t be undone.
Manually updating the shipment status won’t trigger a notification even if your email and SMS notifications are enabled.
Manually updating the shipment status will trigger a subsequent webhook notification if your webhook notifications are activated.

TrackingMore Tracking also provides the option to bulk update the status of shipments.

Select a shipment or multiple shipments at once and click ...
You will see 6 options
a. Push webhook
b. Mark as delivered
c. Mark as returned to sender
d. Add note
e. Archive shipment
f. Delete shipment
Select the desired option and Click Confirm
These actions are permanent and can’t be undone later
