What if there is a Shipment Status Error?

The tracking info in TrackingMore Shipments Page is not the same as that in the courier official web, in this case, you can update shipment by yourself.
Solutions of Shipment Status Error
1. Update Shipment
Update One or Multiple Shipments: choose one or more Tracking Number with the shipment status error--->Click "update shipment"
2. Contact TrackingMore customer service support
If "Update Shipment" doesn't work, kindly please contact us to our service official email address support@trackingmore.com or on the live chat. Then we'll escalate it to our IT Department for a resolution. Usually it will take 1~2 business days to get it resolved.
For example, for Tracking Number LY414533093DE, courier name: Poste Italiane (courier_code: poste-italiane), TrackingMore system shows "in transit" while the courier official web shows "exception", after update shipment" doesn't work, please contact us.
