For DHL, DHL ECommerce, DHL Netherlands, DHL Global Forwarding, and DHL Poland Domestic, our system updates the shipment information every 6 to 24 hours.
If there are still no updates after that period, please inform us promptly by emailing our service team at service@trackingmore.org or through our live chat. We will then escalate the issue to our IT Department for resolution, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
